Many online platforms offer VIP programs, but most of the time the perks look great on paper and deliver little in practice. ji9 is different. VIP membership here means a real difference — weekly cashback, faster payments, and support from real people.
XP is earned on every bet — typically 1 XP per ৳ 100 wagered. In Live Casino games the rate triples, and during special XP Boost Weekends it can go up to 5x. Play smart and you'll climb the ranks much faster.
One thing to keep in mind — XP doesn't just accumulate, it updates in real time. The moment you place a bet, XP is added to your profile instantly. You can always see exactly how much more you need to reach the next level.
Standard support can keep you waiting hours for an answer. From ji9 Gold VIP and above, you get a dedicated manager who already knows your account, transactions, and preferences. Whether you have a withdrawal issue, a question about a new bonus, or a game-related query — just ask them directly.
Every Monday, your net losses from the previous week are calculated. A set percentage of that amount — based on your VIP tier — is credited directly to your account. Cashback rates are 3% at Bronze, 6% at Silver, 10% at Gold, 15% at Platinum, and up to 20% at Diamond. No complicated wagering requirements apply.
Here's a real example. Say you lost a total of ৳10,000 last week and you're a Gold VIP — you'll receive ৳1,000 cashback credited to your account every Monday. Platinum members get ৳1,500, and Diamond members get ৳2,000.
Festival season in Bangladesh means family, celebration, and extra expenses. ji9 makes this time extra special for its VIP members. During Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, and other major occasions, Gold VIP members and above receive special bonuses, extra Free Spins, and limited-time offers.
Simply put, ji9's VIP program is built for players who are regular and loyal to the platform. The more time you spend here, the more you get in return — that's ji9's promise.
Please note: Your VIP level won't drop easily once earned. However, extended inactivity may trigger an XP review. Keep playing regularly to maintain your standing.
